Find time to pause and reflect on our patterns and identify the truth of our potential by asking: What behavior am I exuding that blocks me from my true self? How do I get closer to my perfected self?

Remember, it's never what people see, it's the energy you're injecting.

Run from judging others. Observe with love and compassion instead. When judgment clouds our vision, our hearts close and gratitude disappears. Judging others is judging ourselves. Transform to align better with your soul and Source.
