Before 2026: Clarity

Notes on integration and direction

Dear friends,

I’ve been quiet here since October, intentionally.

I’ve been listening, observing, and honouring my becoming. Something not easy for me because at my core, I’m a doer.

This year demanded presence more than performance, integration more than output, and discernment over noise. I suspect many of you felt the same undercurrent: a sense that something was ending, not dramatically, decisively.

The week between Christmas and New Year holds a meaningful and cherished frequency. The world softens. Time loosens its grip. And if we let it, something quieter but bolder comes forward.

All year, we pour ourselves into our work, our people, our communities, our visions. This week is an invitation to do something that often feels uncomfortable for founders and leaders. To be a little selfish in the most sacred way. To honour your being and turn inward without justification.

Last year (end of 2024), I was given a set of questions that inspired a perspective change in how I close cycles and enter new ones. These reveal truth about who we’ve become, what we’ve shed, and what is genuinely ready to emerge. Perfect for ending Year 9 and the Year of the Snake!

As we move toward 2026, a Year 1 and the Year of the Fire Horse, we will be entering a faster, more volatile, more catalytic era. Vision alone won’t be enough. Neither will discipline or ambition.

We will need grounding.
We will need internal coherence.
We will need a personal roadmap we can return to when the noise rises.

So instead of a recap, predictions, advice, or productivity questions and goal setting prompts, there are plenty of those. I'm offering something more grounding: the questions that helped me close cycles and prepare for what’s coming. They serve as a personal roadmap and North Star I come back to during the year when I’m met with difficult decisions, challenges, and moments when I need a bit of self celebration!

I’m offering them to you now…

As a thank you for walking this path with me.
As a mirror.
As an anchor.
As something you can return to throughout the year.

You don’t need to answer them all.
You don’t need to answer them at once.
Let the ones that speak, speak.

Who will I need to be — not just what will I need to do — for the life I'm calling in to meet me?

A note on why this matters for what you're building:

I've watched founders make the same mistake repeatedly, especially this past year: building strategy from the outside in. Chasing trends, mimicking competitors, optimizing for metrics that don't actually matter to them, the list goes on….

The founders who live through and thrived in volatile markets built and continue to evolve from a clear internal compass. They know and honour what's non-negotiable. They pivot from this space with integrity, bringing their community along. Most importantly, they can spot the difference between a shiny distraction and a genuine opportunity because they've done this work.

These questions aren't separate from your business strategy. They are the foundation of it.

The quality of your decisions about capital, positioning, partnerships, growth is only as clear as your relationship with yourself.

In the new year, I’ll be returning with sharper strategy, clearer signal, and deeper integration between business, consciousness, and capital.

I'm also opening a new offering in 2026 for spiritually attuned founders seeking to align their elevated consciousness with business architecture and systems that actually deliver. If this resonates, reply to this email. We can explore how to create clarity and coherence for your next stage of growth.

Until then, give yourself the gift of listening.
The answers already know where to find you.

With clarity and care,
Nadia
